Our Family

Whether adding more baby chicks, cats or dogs, our family grows and changes with each year. Our visitors love how friendly and curious our pets are. Frequently greeting them upon arrival, along with the occasional cat paw print on their vehicle! We are pet friendly and allow our guests to being their` beloved, furry babies as well. We enjoy teaching both children and adults how to feed, pet, and pick up our free-range chickens, the Dixie Chicks! Each one is named after a female country singer. Teddy Bear, who is NOT a black bear, but our Newfoundland rescue puppy is frequently spotted in the creek, cooling off and checking out the trout. Next year’s goal is to add a few goats to our menagerie.
