When it comes to plants, we are never done learning and planting! As well as rescuing animals, we love to rescue plants that have seen better days. We trim, replant and nurture them back to health. And, yes we talk to our plants to encourage them to grow! We watch each year as our lovely fruit, nut, flowering and evergreen trees get larger. Various shrubs and flowers bloom throughout each season and a new pop of color with each month throughout our 9-acre property. Organically grown from seed and bulbs our bountiful gardens of flowers, herbs and veggies. Once harvested, we now preserve our vegetables through canning, pickling, and freezing the fruits of our labor.
