Have you ever wondered what it was like to stay in an RV, especially prior to buying one? Try our 38’ Montana with 4 slide outs, creating a very roomy place to stay. Open the windows at night and let the sounds of Conleys Creek lull you to sleep in the king-sized bed. Enjoy the living room with the cozy fireplace. 2 televisions and a large collection of DVDs to entertain you on a rainy day. Enjoy your fresh trout from our creek in the fully stocked kitchen! Lots of storage areas and plenty of linens and towels. Perfect for family members or friends who are traveling together but don’t have their own RV nor want to tent camp. Now you can all be together!
Hydrangea House
The comments from our guests say it all! They LOVE the 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom completely refurbished house. The private backyard allows for great meals to be grilled and shared. Enjoy the dark nights, complete with lots of stars, as you roast marshmallows in the fire pit, followed by a warm soak in the hot tub, after a day of outdoor activity. Waken to the Dixie Chicks, cats, or Teddy roaming nearby. Fish or cool off in Conleys Creek or enjoy a game of pool or darts in the playroom. The location is close to many outdoor activities. Less than a mile from the Smoky Mountain Country Club, a public golf course. Only minutes from the Smoky Mountain National Park, Harrah’s Casino, Blue Ridge Parkway, and numerous lovely towns, complete with great restaurants, breweries, live music, and local artists shops.
Tent Camping
Our tent camping is located across the bridge on the other side of Conleys Creek. It has 4 sites, first come, first served. Each site is complete with a picnic table, fire pit and very good WIFI. Use the very clean, private bath house or enjoy some darts, game of pool or board games in our playhouse. Fish or cool off in the creek, which is regularly stocked with trout! Pets are allowed, but must be leashed, due to our free-range chickens. They are very friendly, and we want to keep them safe. We are currently building an 18’ tipi. We will post more about that when it is completed.
RV Sites
We are a small Campground and like it that way! This allows us to be very hands-on, as needed with our guests. We offer 4 RV spots. We are happy to assist our guests, if needed to back into their spot. We are open year-round and allow pets. Each site comes with 30/50 AMP electricity, water, and very good WIFI. Many guests who work remotely greatly appreciate this service! Only our largest site has septic. Guests may use our dump station and the very clean, private bath house. Enjoy eating at your picnic table while roasting smores and listening to the sounds of Conleys Creek, which is regularly stocked with trout! Enjoy both the amenities of the game room and outdoor games on our 9-acre property, which backs up to Cherokee. We sell fresh eggs, firewood, and ice. We also rent out our completely stocked 38’ luxury Montana RV. Great for those who don’t want to camp but want to be near their families and friends.
